Investment property city by city

We source investment properties across Denmark and underwrite each city on its own terms — local rent level, vacancy, operating costs and Danish valuation practice. Below is where we are active, from the capital to the Jutland growth towns.

Investment property in Copenhagen

Residential rental blocks and mixed-use buildings in the inner city, Nørrebro, Amager and Valby. Lowest yields in the country, offset by the deepest tenant demand and the most liquid resale market.

Investment property in Frederiksberg

Classic pre-1950 apartment buildings with regulated rents. Long hold, low vacancy, value created through unit-by-unit modernisation on tenant turnover.

Investment property in Aarhus

Student and family rental stock plus city-centre mixed-use in Aarhus C, Trøjborg and Åbyhøj, supported by Denmark's strongest student population and steady in-migration.

Investment property in Odense

Entry prices well below the capital with solid occupancy in residential and light commercial, helped by the new hospital district and light rail.

Investment property in Aalborg

Higher entry yields than the capital: residential blocks and small retail with long leases, plus the university's continuous rental demand.

Investment property in Esbjerg

Offshore wind and port employment drives rental demand. Attractive yields on residential and small commercial for investors comfortable with a single-industry base.

Investment property in Vejle

Triangle Region hub with strong commuter appeal. Apartment buildings, commercial units and light industrial close to the E45 motorway.

Investment property in Kolding

Logistics and light industrial alongside stable residential, benefiting from the Jutland motorway crossing.

Investment property in Fredericia

Port, rail and logistics location with low entry prices and dependable residential occupancy.

Investment property in Horsens

One of Denmark's faster-growing mid-size cities: new-build residential and refurbishment stock at yields above the capital region.

Investment property in Randers

Value-add residential and small retail at low entry prices, within commuting distance of Aarhus.

Investment property in Silkeborg

Popular family relocation town with limited rental supply — low vacancy on well-kept apartment buildings.

Investment property in Roskilde

Commuter-belt residential 25 minutes from Copenhagen, with university and festival-driven rental demand.

Investment property in Køge

Køge Nord station and large-scale development have lifted demand; residential and mixed-use with room for value-add.

Investment property in Helsingør

North Zealand coastal town with Swedish commuter flows and a limited supply of modern rental units.

Investment property in Næstved

South Zealand's largest town: the highest entry yields on our Zealand list, mainly residential blocks and local retail.

Investment property in Herning

Trade fair and manufacturing centre in mid-Jutland with cheap entry prices and steady industrial tenant demand.

Investment property in Viborg

Administrative centre with public-sector employment, stable residential occupancy and modest price growth.

Buying investment property in Denmark

Can foreign investors buy property in Denmark?
Yes. EU residents can generally buy investment property directly; other buyers, or those without a Danish address, typically need permission from the Danish Ministry of Justice or invest through a Danish company. We arrange the structure and the paperwork with you.
What yields are realistic?
It depends on city and asset type: capital-area residential usually trades at lower yields than comparable stock in Aalborg or provincial towns. Every property we present is underwritten on documented rent roll and operating costs, not headline figures.
What costs come on top of the price?
Registration fee (tinglysningsafgift), legal review, survey and valuation, plus financing fees. We set out the full cost picture before you commit.
Do you also handle the sale?
Yes. We prepare the property for sale and stay on the case through the process until the sale is final.
